Building Stronger Communities Through Housing — our anchor partner, same building, same mission.
The Winder Housing Authority is dedicated to promoting adequate and affordable housing, expanding economic opportunity, and creating an enhanced living environment for families and individuals throughout the community.
WHA believes that stable housing is the starting point for everything else — healthier families, stronger neighborhoods, and long-term economic opportunity. Their work deliberately connects housing with health, education, and workforce development to multiply impact across generations.
Recent growth includes three new affordable communities — Wimberly Manor, Sandpiper Terrace, and The Exchange — alongside pathways to homeownership through the Cottages on Maynard.
Core Values: Integrity · Honesty · Fairness · Safe Environment · Innovation · Excellence · Stability · Respect · Partnership
